EMN Meeting On Ultrafast
October 2-6， Orlando, USA
The EMN meeting began in 2008 as a small workshop held at a traditional villa in Orlando, Florida. Since then we have organized five successful workshops under the theme of Energy, Materials and Nanotechnology. In honor of the 2008 Orlando conference, these workshops were grouped under a conference series entitled “Villa Conference”. The Villa Conference series have grown beyond the traditional villa setting and have had continued success in 2009 (St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands), 2010 (Santorini, Greece), 2011 (Las Vegas, Nevada) , 2012 (Orlando, Florida) and 2013 (Houston, Texas).
The EMN Ultrafast Meeting 2017 aims to be a unique platform for the scientists and engineers from around the globe to discuss the most important research developments in the ultrafast research field. As a special theme of the EMN series, the 2017 edition of the EMN Meeting on Ultrafast covers various fields, such as ultrafast spectroscopy, ultrafast optics, ultrafast dynamics, ultrafast laser pulse, ultrafast UHz, attosecond pulse generation, high harmonic generation, ultrafast laser sources, ultrafast laser pulse measurements, ultrafast nonlinear optics, novel materials for ultrafast laser sources, photosynthesis, photoactive proteins, photoconductivity and the current applications of ultrafast sources and technologies, and related researches. We hope to bring together leading scientists, researchers, scholars and engineers from academia, R&D laboratories and industry around the world to exchange, share and learn the most interesting work done recently.
The 2017 conference will take place at Orlando during the week of October 2nd to October 6th. Orlando is one of the most popular places in the USA to visit, not just because of the theme parks, but also becaust it is the best United States destinations for water sports and outdoor fun. You can fill your days with unique experiences outside the theme parks. Also, you will experience the colorful shopping, golf, and splendid nightlife.
